Jindo Club is committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. As a small business, we cannot afford to process and ship as quickly as large brands, big box retailers and digital marketplaces. We thank you for your patience.

Processing Times
Order Preparation: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) local time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada and the US):
Standard Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days.
Express Shipping: Typically 2-5 business days.
Free Shipping (Promotions): When applicable, free standard shipping may take 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
Standard International: Typically 7-21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Express International: Typically 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country and any applicable customs processing.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Rates
We strive to keep shipping costs transparent and competitive. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the total weight/dimensions of your order.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs office for more information on potential charges prior to placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress online. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, contact our support team as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate updates, we cannot guarantee changes can be made if the package is already in transit.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please get in touch with us. Our support staff will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
