We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help. Please review our return policies, guidelines, and procedures below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be in like new condition—unworn, unused, and free of any damage, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Promotional Purchases

  • Promotion-Specific Refund Terms: Any items purchased as part of a promotion or special offer will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion. The refund issued may reflect the adjusted promotional pricing rather than the full original price.
  • Jindo Labs: Products purchased as part of the Jindo Labs program are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

  • Approval Required: Before sending any items back, you must first obtain return approval from our Customer Support Team. Please include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
  • No Liability Without Approval: If an item is returned to us without prior authorization, we are not liable to issue any refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases, if our Customer Support Team determines that a return is due to factors beyond the customer’s control, we may cover return shipping costs at our discretion.

Refund Process & Method

  • Original Payment Method: All approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Exchanges

  • No Direct Exchanges: We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend requesting a refund for your original item and then placing a new order for the preferred product.

International Returns

  • No Special Provisions: International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns. There are no additional fees or restrictions beyond the conditions stated above.
